Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it within 30 days and receive a refund. You can submit a return request on your order page following the instructions below. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please make sure to contact us by email ([email protected]) at first.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Returns must be made in their original packaging.
  • IUnauthorized returns of goods will not be allowed.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • Every item must be undamaged or unopened, tagged, and in its original packing, in the exact state that it was when you received it. The purchase receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
  • Customers are required to utilize a delivery method that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging objects.

Non-returnable items:

  • Refunds are not accepted for items on sale.
  • Customer-caused damage or loss is not refundable.

Exchanges

Online order exchanges are not currently available. The original product must be returned for a refund, and the replacement must be purchased separately.

Policies

  • For all returns, it is advised that you utilize a traceable delivery option to make sure your package gets back to us securely. Any loss or damage to packages that are returned to us is not our responsibility.
  • Within 30 days of receiving your order's final package, you may return any products (with the exception of final sale/clearance items, free gifts, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories). Note: After completing the online return request form, you must email us a photo of the issue or defect.
  • Return shipments need to be approved. Refund requests that are not approved by customer service will not be processed. You are not permitted to return the item(s) to the address listed on the package you received. The processing of your return will be impacted by the fact that it is not our return address.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your Paypal payment method within a 2-3 day period.

Costs

  • In the event that the return is the result of our errors (such as wrong products or product quality issues), you will receive a complete refund;
  • Should the customer's issue (such as: not liking/wanting the item, ordering the incorrect product/size) be the reason for the return, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
  • Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.

General Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to explain the reason for your return and related questions.
  • Step 2: Our customer service representative will provide you with return instructions and confirm the return address.
  • Step 3: Pack the returned goods intact and send them back to the designated return address. Please ensure your items are properly protected and retain relevant proof of postage.
